Scott Cobbs Lawn Service

About Scott Cobbs Lawn Service

Across the bridge in Westover the streets sit closer to the water, and the yards run in tidy rectangles down toward the Monongahela flats. Scott Cobbs Lawn Service is out early there, truck at the curb by seven, the route working through Granville and back up the hill before the afternoon heat settles in. It's mowing and trimming and edging, week after week, the same yards learned well enough to know which corner stays wet and which strip burns out in August. Autumn brings the rake and the tarp, and both ends of the year bring a cleanup that clears the beds and the borders. Nothing about it is complicated — just a lawn that looks looked-after every time you pull into the driveway.
