About Miller Lawn Care & More

Kenna is ridge-and-hollow country in Jackson County, where a driveway can climb a hundred feet from the mailbox and the yard is whatever level ground the hillside allowed. Miller Lawn Care & More works those places — mowing the terraced strips, trimming banks too steep for wheels, and cutting the long approach from the road so the whole way in looks kept. Summer fog fills the hollows early and lifts by nine, and after it lifts the grass grows hard right through July. When the leaves come down off the oaks and hickories they come all at once, and gathering them is its own week of work. A hill place that looks tended top to bottom takes some doing up here, and that is exactly the appeal.
