About Kanawha Valley Greens Keepers LLC

October sets the walls of the Kanawha Valley burning in rust and gold, and the big sycamores along the riverbank drop leaves as broad as an open hand. Kanawha Valley Greens Keepers LLC lives up to its name in that season, keeping green whatever can still be green and clearing off what the trees let fall on it. Fall mowing, leaf cleanup and a last careful trim leave a lawn breathing under the cooler sky instead of smothered beneath a wet brown blanket. There is a quiet satisfaction in watching the turf show through again, bright against bare branches and pale bark. When the first frost silvers the valley floor, the yard goes into its winter rest clean.
