About AccuCut Lawn Inc

Hurricane sits on the floor of the Teays Valley, a riverbed so old the water left long before the town arrived, and the ground it left behind runs flat and generous under a mower. AccuCut Lawn Inc works that flat ground the way it deserves — straight lines drawn the length of a yard, edges cut true along the walk, the clippings swept off the concrete before the truck pulls away. Summer here comes in humid and green, with afternoon storms stacking over the hills that rim the valley, so the grass grows fast and the schedule keeps pace. Come autumn the ridgelines above town turn and drop their color into every yard below, and the leaves get cleared while they are still dry and light. It is a plain kind of pride: a lawn on a Putnam County street that looks finished, every week, all season.
