About C&C Lawn Care LLC. | Lawn Care | Landscaping | Snow Plowing

North Mountain stands over Hedgesville like a long wall, and when a storm comes across it in January the snow reaches town first as a fine grit ticking against the streetlights. C&C Lawn Care works both halves of the calendar in this corner of Berkeley County: mowing, trimming, edging and landscaping through the growing months, then plowing when the driveways off Route 9 and the lanes out toward Back Creek fill in overnight. There is a particular pride in a drive that is already open at five in the morning, headlights on a straight-cut bank of snow and somebody who never had to pick up a shovel to get to work. Come April the same lots green up fast in the valley's limestone ground, and the mower lines start over from the road. From Hedgesville to Shanghai, Tomahawk and on into Martinsburg, only the tools change.
