About Crossland Land Clearing Services LLC

Above Monongah the hollows go dark early, and the last light of an August evening sits only on the ridge tops. Crossland Land Clearing Services LLC mows the wide, rough-edged lots up there, where lawns run out into fencerow and the line between yard and hillside has to be made rather than found. Mowing, trimming the banks, edging what edges there are, then carrying the cuttings away — it takes the same patience the ground has. When the work is finished a place reads as kept: open, level, with a definite border. That definition is what people up on the ridge are really asking for.
