About Homegrown Lawn Care LLC

Enterprise has the feel of a place where gardens still grow behind the houses and porches face the road, a hillside community in the coal-and-farm country of northern Harrison County. Homegrown Lawn Care LLC suits that character, tending lawns with a local, down-to-earth touch. July is the long haul of the season, with hot afternoons, tomato vines heavy in the garden, and grass that has to be kept in hand until the first cool nights return. Even mowing heights, careful trim work and a yard left neat enough to sit out in are the simple marks of the job. On a warm evening, with fireflies rising off the fresh-cut grass, a lawn here feels about as homegrown as comfort gets.
