About Bates lawn Care

Early on the Kanawha, a towboat pushes its barges past Dunbar before most of the town is awake, and the river sounds like something working. Bates lawn Care is out around that same hour, while the grass is still cool and cuts clean instead of tearing. Mowing, string trimming, edging cut in along the curb — a route run in order, yard after yard, from the streets near the bridge on outward. Summers here hold enough humidity that a skipped week announces itself immediately, so the schedule is half the service. In autumn the leaves get raked and carried off, and the yards go into the short days looking looked-after.
