About All American Lawn Care

Dunbar keeps its feet in the Kanawha River, and by six on a July evening the whole town smells like cut grass and river water. All American Lawn Care mows the flat river-street yards and the ones that step up toward the hill behind town, working close around porch steps, fence posts and mailboxes so nothing is left shaggy. Weekly mowing, edging along the sidewalks, clippings cleared off the concrete — that is the whole of it, kept every week without having to be asked. In November the sycamores let go all at once and cleanup becomes the main event, hauling leaves until the street looks wide again. A yard on this side of the valley can look sharp from April to frost; it mostly takes showing up.
