About Shelton GreenSpaces

On October mornings the fog settles low over the bottoms out toward Institute, and Cross Lanes comes back out of it one ridge at a time. Shelton GreenSpaces starts once the grass has dried enough to cut clean, then works through mowing, edging and trimming before the long autumn business of leaves and beds begins. The valley's maples and sycamores drop for weeks here, so cleanup is a season rather than a Saturday. Summer asks for a steady mowing rhythm and mulch that holds moisture where the plantings need it. What people remember is the after — the walk swept, the border cut sharp, the yard quiet and in order.
