About RUGGED CROSS LLC

Every street in this county has a lawn that runs uphill at an angle nobody wants to argue with — the bank above the drive, the slope behind the house that ends in briars. RUGGED CROSS LLC takes that ground. In April, when the grass on those banks comes up fast and the redbud is out along the hillsides, the mowing goes across the grade in careful lines, with the trimmer finishing what the wheels can't safely reach. The cleanup afterward matters just as much: clippings off the pavement, the border along the drive cut back to a clean line. A steep yard can look every bit as kept as a flat one; it just costs more sweat.
