About DJ Lawn Services

Stealey's lawns tilt. The streets climb off the flat and the yards go with them, so every mowing line is a decision about which way the hill wants to be crossed. DJ Lawn Services runs those grades through the long evenings of June, when the light comes sideways down the slope and every stripe in the grass shows. Trimming follows the retaining walls, the porch steps and the mailbox post at the top of the run. What's left when the sun drops behind the ridge is a hillside yard that reads flat and finished — which on that ground is the whole trick.
