About Real Property Industries, LLC

Not much of Charleston lies flat. Above the valley floor the yards of South Hills tilt and terrace, climbing away from the street in ways that ask a mower to be handled rather than pushed. Real Property Industries, LLC works those grades in the long light of a late-summer afternoon, cutting across the slope, trimming close along retaining walls, and keeping the line honest where lawn meets driveway. Come fall the same properties shed hardwood leaves by the barrow-load, and the cleanup carries on until bare turf shows again. A hillside lot that still looks kept when you view it from the bottom of the hill is the measure of the day.
