About Presidential Improvement’s & Lawn Care LLC

The gold dome stands over the Kanawha before most of Charleston is awake, and by then the first lawns of the day are already being cut. Presidential Improvement's & Lawn Care LLC takes that early window, when the river air still holds a little cool and a mower deck leaves an even, unhurried line. The work runs in order: mow, edge the walks and drives, trim the corners no deck can reach, then blow the concrete bare so nothing is left behind but the smell of cut grass. A yard off Kanawha Boulevard and one up a side street toward Bridge Road get the same sequence and the same finish. It is plain work, and it reads from the sidewalk.
