About Local Goats Property Management LLC

North of town the ridges roll out toward Sissonville and Pocatalico, where properties come with far more ground than a push mower was ever meant to meet. Local Goats Property Management LLC takes on those bigger parcels — acreage mowing, brush and overgrowth clearing, trimming around fencelines and outbuildings, and ongoing grounds upkeep for rentals and vacant lots. Keeping a hillside place from returning to the woods is a season-long negotiation, and it is won by turning up on schedule. A field cut low and even, with the edges pulled well back off the drive, changes how an entire property reads from the road. That is the work, from Charleston out to the ridge roads.
