About Top Priority Lawncare and Landscapes & cleaning services

First truly warm week of May, and the hayfields out toward Summit Point and Middleway turn a green you can smell from the road. Top Priority Lawncare and Landscapes & cleaning services meets that surge at midday, when the sun stands straight overhead and cut lines show sharpest across a wide front lawn. Mowing, trimming, edging, landscape work and cleaning — outside and in, so a property gets handed back whole rather than half-attended. Pulling out of a drive and seeing the border crisp, the clippings gone, the walk swept and nothing left for the owner to finish is its own reward. Charles Town summers run long and the grass never gets the message, which is precisely why the route keeps coming around, week after week.
