J&F Lawn and Garden Care

About J&F Lawn and Garden Care

September mornings in the Shenandoah Valley start under a low white fog that sits in the hollows until the sun burns it off around nine, and a garden coming out of that mist looks like something remembered. J&F Lawn and Garden Care works both halves of a property — the lawn kept mown, trimmed and edged, and the beds given the hands-on attention gardens actually require. Perennials get cut back at the right time, shrubs get pruned to shape rather than sheared into boxes, new plants go in during the cool weeks when they take best, and weeds are pulled before they settle in. Cleanups come at each turn of the year to reset the whole picture. A garden repays steady attention more honestly than almost anything else a house has.
