About Eversole's Enterprises

Capon Bridge takes its name from its crossing of the Cacapon River, a clear, stony stream that wanders through the eastern hills of Hampshire County toward the Potomac. Eversole's Enterprises provides lawn care in this river town, where frontier history sits alongside newer homes on wooded lots; Fort Edwards stood here in the 1750s. Late May is when the valley fills out, the sycamores along the water leafing pale green and every lawn suddenly asking for a mower. A fresh cut and tidy trim lines bring a homestead into focus against all that wild growth. On a bright evening, with the riffles talking below the bridge, a lawn kept this way seems to belong to the scenery.
