Beverly sits low in the Tygart Valley with Rich Mountain rising behind it, and the light in late afternoon comes in long and gold across the fields. Studer's Lawn Service mows and trims through that valley floor, working the old turnpike blocks and the newer lots alike. The work is plain: grass cut to an even height, borders clipped tight, clippings kept off the walks. Autumn arrives early this far up, and the last mowings of the year are the ones that make a yard look cared for all winter.
