About Augusta Lawn & Garden LLC

Augusta is a crossroads of pasture and wooded ridge in Hampshire County, a place where fence lines wander up the hillsides and October turns the woodlots rust and gold. Augusta Lawn & Garden LLC tends lawns and gardens in this open country, where a yard often borders a hayfield and the line between the two is part of the craft. Mowing here means keeping a home's grass neat against all that rambling green, and garden care means beds that hold their shape through hot Potomac Highlands summers. In the long, low light of an autumn afternoon, a newly groomed lawn in Augusta glows like a patchwork quilt spread over the land. It is work that lets a house feel settled into its hills.
