About The Lawn Barber, Inc.

October turns the Baraboo Hills south of Lake Delton copper and rust, and every wind after that is a delivery of leaves. The Lawn Barber, Inc. keeps lawns cut and clean straight through the year and then handles the long fall end of it — mowing, trimming, edging, leaf cleanup and the last cut before frost. There is a barber's logic to a lawn: the same yard, the same hands, a little off the top on schedule, and the shape holds. The difference between a mowed yard and a finished one is the trimming and the edge, which is where the time actually goes. By November the yards are quiet and squared away, ready to sit under whatever the winter sends.
