About Burnett County Lawn Care

Northwest Wisconsin gives you sand, jack pine and a growing season that wastes no time — grass here goes from nothing to knee-high in the three weeks after the frost lets go. Burnett County Lawn Care keeps pace with it, mowing weekly through a July that barely gets dark, trimming around every post, stump and stone the barrens left behind. Yards near Webster sit half in sun and half in shade, and each half wants a different cut height; getting that right is most of the craft. Cleanup follows the mower — beds cleared, clippings off the walk, the yard handed back better than it was found. By evening the deer step out at the field edge and the lawn is a neat green shape in the middle of all that pine.
