About Affordable Outdoor Enterprises

The lake roads out of Webster run narrow between pines, and in winter they hold snow the way a trough holds water. Affordable Outdoor Enterprises works those roads — plowing drives right down to the cabin door, opening the turnaround wide, cutting walkways through banks that stand shoulder-high by February. Come spring the same drives lead to lawns that need bringing back, and the mowing round begins: even cuts, trimmed edges, clippings kept off the water side. Burnett County asks a lot of a yard in a short season, and there is real satisfaction in a lawn that stays kept from May clear through September. Winter or summer it comes to the same thing — ground you can walk on and a drive you can actually use.
