About Jake's Property Management LLC

The Little Red Store still stands where the trains used to stop, and the old line through Wauwatosa is a trail now, carrying walkers past yards that need looking after in every month of the year. Jake's Property Management LLC handles those yards on both sides of the calendar. Winter is plow work in the dark — drives cut open, walks shoveled down to the surface, salt worked into the corners where ice keeps coming back. Summer is the mower on rotation, the trimmer along every fence and foundation, the edge recut until lawn and pavement part company in a single clean line. Between them come the cleanups, leaves hauled out in fall and beds cleared in spring so nothing carries over. One property, watched over from the first snow to the last mow and back around.
