About Central Services Co. Inc.

There is a lot of open ground on the north side of Waukesha — the wide fields and lots around the Expo Center, where the wind crosses without anything to slow it and snow piles into long drifts by morning. Central Services Co. Inc. handles properties on that scale as well as the small ones: plowing and stacking snow where it belongs, shoveling entries, salting so the walking surfaces stay walkable. Come spring the same properties need mowing kept even across every acre of them, trimming along the curbs and light poles, edging where pavement meets turf. Seasonal cleanups reset the whole thing twice a year. Big or small, the measure is the same — you should be able to pull in and not have to think about the ground at all.
