About Landscape and Maintenance by Mike

On the older streets east of the Fox, the yards are small and close and the standard is set mailbox to mailbox — one place cut well makes the next one want it. Landscape and Maintenance by Mike works at that scale, a street at a time: mowing on a set day, trimming around the porch steps and the corner posts, edging the front walk into a line you notice without knowing why. The landscape around a house gets the same attention, kept tidy and in bounds instead of creeping over its edges. Twice a year the cleanups clear the ground of what the season dropped. Nothing about it is loud, and that is precisely why a Waukesha block that gets this care looks the way it does.
