About Badgerland Lawn & Landscaping

Out at the edge of Waukesha the prairie at Retzer Nature Center goes gold in September, big bluestem leaning in the wind, a reminder of what this ground grew before there were lawns on it. Badgerland Lawn & Landscaping works the tamer version of that same soil: mowing on schedule, trimming where the mower can't reach, edging beds and walks so the planting beds hold their shape instead of drifting into the turf. Landscape upkeep is patient work — keeping the mulch lines honest, keeping the growth in bounds, clearing out the season's debris in spring and again when the leaves come down. A yard that gets that attention looks settled rather than fussed over, which is the whole idea. Waukesha soil will grow anything you let it; the craft is deciding what stays.
