About Wolff Concrete and Outdoor Services

Snow arrives in Watertown quietly at night, filling the cones under the streetlamps and rounding off every curb between the hill and the river flats. Wolff Concrete and Outdoor Services is out in the middle of that, plowing, clearing and hauling the piles back so the morning can start on time. A lot finished at two in the morning has a look all its own: black pavement, square corners, windrows stacked where they belong and well clear of anyone's view pulling out. By the time the first headlights come down the block the work has already gone invisible, which is exactly how you know it went the way it should. Watertown gets up, and nothing about the day is made harder by the weather.
