About John Christian Landscaping

June rain in Watertown comes warm and generous, and two days later the oaks along the old fence lines are dripping over grass that has grown three inches while nobody was watching. John Christian Landscaping catches up with it — mowing at the height the season calls for, trimming out the long stuff along fence posts and tree rings, edging back the walks, and carrying off the wet clippings so nothing lies in clumps. A lawn cut a day after the rain looks like an entirely different property than one cut a week later; timing is most of the craft. The satisfaction is in the recovery — a yard that was unruly on Monday standing even and deliberate by Tuesday evening, with the tree rings clean and the boundaries redrawn.
