J D Lawn Care

About J D Lawn Care

The first mowing mornings of a Watertown spring start wet — dew standing on everything until the sun clears the rooftops and the grass finally lets go of the night. J D Lawn Care times the day around it, waiting for the turf to dry and then working straight through: mowing, trimming along walls and posts, edging the concrete, sweeping the drive so nothing gets tracked inside. Early cuts set the tone for the whole year, because a lawn taken down evenly in April never has to be rescued in June. By noon the mower is warm and a street's worth of yards has changed character, and that steady forward progress — house after house, line after line — is the good part of the job.
