About Advantageous Property Services

Winter mornings in Watertown begin in the dark, and the footbridge out to Tivoli Island wears an untouched cap of white until somebody decides the day should start. Advantageous Property Services works that hour, running the plow down driveways and lots, clearing walks and steps, spreading salt before the first car door opens. When April loosens the ground, the same routes turn green and the blade gives way to the mower deck — cutting, trimming and edging yard after yard across town. There is a real satisfaction in a drive that looks like the weather never happened, and in a border that follows the sidewalk as though it were drawn with a straightedge. Two seasons, one promise, kept twice a year.
