Schlei Snowplowing and Lawn Service

About Schlei Snowplowing and Lawn Service

On a January night the fields around Union Grove go blue-white under the yard lights, and the wind lifts whatever the sky just dropped and moves it somewhere else. Schlei Snowplowing and Lawn Service runs the plow through those hours — drives opened, aprons pushed back, walks shoveled and treated so the steps are not a hazard at six in the morning. Summer is the quieter half: mowing, trimming and holding lawns at an even height week after week, with cleanups in spring and fall. Both halves come down to the same thing, which is turning up when the weather says to. The reward is the after — a cleared drive, or a straight-cut lawn, and nothing left to do.
