About Cutting Edge Property Services LLC

By late July the grass along Highway 164 has gone tough and the heat sits over Sussex in a haze until evening. Cutting Edge Property Services LLC runs its lawn routes straight through it — same day each week, same height, so the turf is never shocked and never shaggy. The crew trims the string of small edges that make or break a property: around the light poles, along the curb, tight to the sign base and the hydrant. Beds get mulched, shrubs stay off the sidewalk, and the clippings come off the walks so nothing tracks inside. A property that looks the same good way every Monday is no accident, and that steadiness is the whole product.
