About Superior Outdoor Solutions

The week the ice goes out of Pokegama Bay is the real new year around here — the water opens up black, the frost lifts out of the ground, and every yard in town needs everything at once. Superior Outdoor Solutions works both ends of that swing: spring cleanups, mowing, trimming and yard care while the growing lasts, then plowing, snow clearing and ice treatment once the bay skins over again. Shoulder seasons are the genuinely hard part this far north, when a single November week can rain, freeze and drift. Carrying a property through the turn — leaves out, plow in, no gap in between — is where the work actually lives. The rest is just keeping pace with a lake that sets the schedule.
