About SPS Superior Property Services

Tower Avenue storefronts, apartment blocks along Hammond, church lots and duplex drives — a property in Superior asks for something in nearly every month of the year. SPS handles both sides of that ask: mowing, trimming, edging and seasonal cleanups through the green months, then plowing, shoveling and ice control through the white ones. Winter here doesn't hand out a schedule, it hands out storms, and the lot still has to be open when the doors unlock at eight. Summer is gentler but no less exacting — grass grows fast between rains off the lake, and a tenant notices the week you skip. Keeping one place squared away all year takes fewer heroics than people imagine and a great deal more showing up.
