About Dreamscape Outdoors

The land around Sturtevant lies open and level — old farm ground that traded corn rows for streets — and in June the evening light runs all the way out to the horizon without hitting anything. Dreamscape Outdoors spends those long evenings mowing, trimming and edging, working while the air finally cools and the grass cuts clean. Come winter, that same flatness lets the wind push snow across a driveway nearly as fast as it can be cleared, so the plow goes out and then goes out again. Shoveled walks, an opened drive, salt-free pavement showing dark under a gray sky. It is a village where you can see weather coming from a long way off, and the trick is simply being ready when it gets here.
