Pristine Property Care

About Pristine Property Care

October turns the water in the ship canal a hard slate blue, and out at the pierhead light the wind starts practicing for winter. Pristine Property Care reads that turn the way everyone in Sturgeon Bay does — a few more weeks of mowing and cleanup, then the plow gets hooked up. Fall means pulling leaves off lawns before the first wet snow presses them flat; winter means drives and walks opened, salted and kept passable while the lake works itself up. The reward is simple and repeats all season long: a property that looks cared for at seven in the morning, whatever fell overnight. Both halves of the year get the same attention.
