Northwoods Lawn Maintenance

About Northwoods Lawn Maintenance

Cedar shade, birch bark, a lawn that only gets four good hours of sun — that's a common Door County yard along the wooded roads outside Sturgeon Bay. Northwoods Lawn Maintenance takes on that kind of ground, mowing and trimming, edging where grass meets gravel, cleaning up in spring and clearing leaves and needles once autumn arrives. Come winter the same properties need plowing, walkway shoveling and grit on the icy stretches, often under trees that hold snow and then drop it on you an hour later. Shaded lawns and shaded driveways both behave differently from open ones, and it pays to know how. Handled right, they look every bit as good.
