About Glacier Rock Enterprises

Winter in Sturgeon Bay means sea smoke curling off the ship canal and Great Lakes freighters tied up at the shipyard for their seasonal rest. Snow rides in across the water on a raw wind and lays itself thick over the city on both sides of the bay. Glacier Rock Enterprises meets it with snow removal, clearing driveways and lots so traffic keeps flowing over the steel bridge and out along the peninsula. There is sturdy satisfaction in pulling a plow through a drifted lot at five in the morning and leaving it clean and open before the coffee shops flip their signs. When the next squall comes off Lake Michigan, the blade goes back to work.
