Outpost Outdoors

About Outpost Outdoors

Out where Stevens Point runs out of sidewalk, lawns end at jack pine and marsh grass, and sandhill cranes call across the low ground at first light. Outpost Outdoors works that seam between kept yard and open country. In the growing months it is mowing, edging and trimming, plus the cleanups that keep a lawn from surrendering to the field beside it. In winter it is plowing driveways, shoveling walks and treating ice, out on roads where the wind has nothing at all to slow it down. Both halves come down to the same idea: a place that stays open and tended while everything around it does whatever it likes.
