Tri State Land Works

About Tri State Land Works

Sparta sits in the driftless country, where the glaciers never flattened anything and every road either climbs or falls. Tri State Land Works takes the winter side of that landscape — plowing drives and lots, opening turnarounds wide enough to actually use, clearing walkways, and putting salt down where a pitched approach turns to ice. On grades like these, snow removal is as much about where the piles go as how fast they move. Get it right and a property still works in February; get it wrong and you spend March fighting your own banks. The pride is in doing it the first way.
