About B&J Outdoor Services LLC

When the Wolf River rises in April, Shiocton gathers on its banks to watch the sturgeon come up from the lake — a spring ritual older than any of the town's streets. B&J Outdoor Services LLC starts its season the same way the river does, all at once: cleanup, first cuts, mowers running while the flats around town are still shaking off the flood. This is level, open country, and a lawn here is visible from a long way off, so the lines have to be straight and the edges honest. Through the summer the crew keeps yards in Shiocton neat while the cabbage fields beyond them go from seedling rows to solid green. Service reaches out along the river to New London, Black Creek, Hortonville, and Seymour.
