Nate's landscaping and snow removal

About Nate's landscaping and snow removal

There is an hour around four in the morning after a Sheboygan snow when the whole city is blue and completely silent except for one plow working somewhere over on Taylor Drive. Nate's landscaping and snow removal keeps that shift — plowing driveways and lots, shoveling walks and steps, and salting the ice that forms when lake wind follows a storm. Nobody watches this work happen, and that is rather the point. The proof shows up at six-thirty, when a car backs out without hesitating and a mail carrier crosses a walk with grit under it. Every storm, the same answer, before the sun comes up over the water.
