About Neuhaus Property Services LLC

Snow reaches St. Francis with the whole open country behind it — nothing between the fields and the first house but a fence line and a couple of bare trees. A storm like that fills a driveway twice: once falling, and again an hour later when the wind decides to move it. Plowing works through the night and comes back around in the morning, drives cut clean to the pavement, banks pushed well off the apron so the next pass has somewhere to go, walks shoveled to the door and the ice treated where it re-forms. The small things matter most out here — a path to the mailbox, clear ground behind the car, a step that is not slick before daylight. Getting a town moving before it knows it was stuck is worth the cold hours.
