About R Services, L.L.C.

Winter in Rubicon is a wind event as much as a snow event — Dodge County's open fields give a storm a running start, and the drifts build back almost as fast as they're cut. R Services, L.L.C. does the cutting. Plowing driveways, opening lanes, clearing the aprons and turnarounds that country properties depend on, then coming back when the wind undoes the morning's work. It is headlights-and-hydraulics labor, done at hours most people sleep through, and it ends the same way every time: pavement down to the black, banks rolled tight, a way out where there wasn't one. The snow always returns. So does the truck.
