About Hillside Land Services LLC

From the ridges above Richfield you can pick out the spires of Holy Hill standing over the treeline, and in December they come and go behind the falling snow. Hillside Land Services LLC keeps the roads under those hills open: plowing driveways and lots, clearing walkways and steps, salting and sanding the grades where ice sets up fastest, and moving the piles back when there's no room left to push. Hill driveways are a problem of their own — everything wants to slide, so they get scraped down to pavement and treated rather than skimmed. Waking up to a drive already opened is a small mercy this county earns thirty-odd times a winter. Richfield, Hubertus, Erin and Colgate are all served.
