About Winter Services - Racine, WI

By deep January the shelf ice builds along Racine's shore and the reef light stands out in a field of white. Winter Services - Racine, WI takes its cue from exactly that season — plowing driveways and parking areas, clearing walks to bare concrete, salting the corners that glaze over first. Lake-effect bands can bury a drive between the evening news and sunrise, so the work happens at whatever hour the storm decides. Pushing snow back to the grass line, leaving room for the next round, and getting people out on time is the whole ambition. When the melt finally arrives, the pavement underneath is unmarked and ready.
