About Cutting Edge Tree Service LLC

The Root River wanders into Racine and out into Lake Michigan, and in May the lake keeps the city a few degrees behind the rest of the county, so the leaves come late here and hang on longer in the fall. Along the river and up through the older neighborhoods stand silver maples and oaks with trunks two people cannot reach around, and they catch every bit of wind off the water. Cutting Edge Tree Service LLC removes the ones that are done, trims and prunes the rest to keep them sound, and works narrow city lots where a tree has to come down in sections. Storms off the lake leave the familiar list — a maple split at the fork, a blocked alley, a fence with a tree lying on it. When it is finished the lot is open to the lake wind again and the tree that stayed looks like it was always the plan.
