Bensen’s Property Management

About Bensen’s Property Management

North of the city the roads run straight through open Caledonia farmland, and that is where snow stops being weather and starts being engineering — nothing to slow the wind, so a driveway can drift shut twice in one night. Bensen's Property Management plows those properties, clears the walks and entries, and puts salt where the sun never quite reaches. Doing it well means going back, because out in this country the second pass matters more than the first. There is real satisfaction in a lane cut clean to the road at daybreak while the fields on either side are still one long white sheet. Snow removal here is patience with a blade on the front of it.
