About Kings Lawncare & Landscaping

There is a week in November — leaves down, ground gone hard, the first flurries skidding across the Kinnickinnic country east of town — when Prescott changes hands from one season to the next. Kings Lawncare & Landscaping meets it from both directions: final mowing and leaf removal on one side, plows and salt staged on the other. Through summer the work is turf held level and borders cut sharp; through winter it is driveways, walks and lots cleared so the morning starts on time. This corner of Pierce County catches weather off the water and weather off the open fields, sometimes on the same day. Being ready for either is most of the craft.
